Donation payment<\/strong><\/p>\n

As part of the website, we offer the opportunity for participants in the Lions Regatta Sails Against Drugs and other activities organized by the Croatian Lions Club Association (hereinafter referred to as the recipient of the donation) to make a donation in favor of the Croatian Lions Club Association via card payment, PayPal and other Internet payment methods. The donation amount is recommended to all participants in accordance with the decisions of the activity organizers and in accordance with the purpose of the funds.<\/p>\n

How to make a donation<\/strong><\/p>\n

Donation payment is made in several steps:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. The donor fills out a questionnaire with the number of crew members,<\/li>\n
  2. creates a form with the payment amount,<\/li>\n
  3. Pays for the service via secure card (CorvusPay) and other payment options provided to him,<\/li>\n
  4. Receives a donation receipt.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Donor and recipient of the donation<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The donor<\/strong> is every participant in the Lions regatta “Sails Against Drugs” or any other action of the Association of Lions Clubs of Croatia who voluntarily makes a donation for a specific activity of the recipient of the donation indicated when making the payment.<\/p>\n

    The recipient<\/strong> of the donation is the Association of Lions Clubs of Croatia, which receives donations via Internet on the website https:\/\/lionsregattacroatia.hr\/ for a specific purpose when making the donation and may not use it for any other purpose.<\/p>\n

    The Donor agrees and accepts that access to the portal services may sometimes be interrupted, temporarily unavailable or disabled due to regular website maintenance or for other reasons beyond the Contractor’s responsibility.<\/p>\n

    The Donor may submit inquiries, comments and complaints in writing (by post or e-mail), and the Donor will respond in writing (by post or e-mail) within the legal deadline.<\/p>\n

    Acceptance of Terms <\/strong><\/p>\n

    By using the services on the website, or using any part of their content, the User confirms that he is familiar with and agrees to these Terms, as well as all other terms of use of the services.<\/p>\n

    If the User does not agree with these Terms, or is under 16 years of age, the User is advised not to use the services of this website.<\/p>\n

    Changes to Terms <\/strong><\/p>\n

    The Donor reserves the right, if it deems it necessary, to revoke or amend any of the terms and conditions set forth herein at any time and without prior notice, and such changes shall enter into force on the date of publication on the website.<\/p>\n

    Therefore, we advise the donor to periodically review the information contained in the Terms and to inform themselves about such changes. Continued use of the services, or any part of their content after the publication of new amended Terms, implies that the donor accepts the changes. The recipient of the donation reserves the right to change, supplement or terminate at any time and without prior notice any condition, including the service or any part thereof, the website itself or the services provided within it. The subject right includes, but is not limited to changing the availability, content, availability of new data, methods of transmission, as well as the right to access or use the services. The organizer has the right to check the content of the website at any time to ensure compliance with these Terms and applicable legal regulations.<\/p>\n

    Liability <\/strong><\/p>\n

    The use of the portal services is solely at the risk of the Donor.<\/p>\n

    The Donor is aware of the fact that there will sometimes be service interruptions or events beyond the control of the Donor and accepts that the Donor is not responsible for any loss of data that may occur during the transmission of information over the Internet. In no event will the Contractor be liable for any damage that may arise from the use or inability to use the portal services, nor for any damage to the Donor’s equipment that may arise as a result of using the services.<\/p>\n

    The Donor is responsible for the purchase and maintenance of its computer equipment, including all software and hardware that it owns and uses, as well as other equipment necessary to access and use the services, and all related costs. The liability of the Donor shall be limited to any damage or possible injury caused by any error, exception, interruption, deletion, malfunction, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, interruption in communication line, theft, destruction or unauthorized access, alteration or misuse of records, inappropriate behavior, negligence or any other act.<\/p>\n

    In addition to the above conditions, the Donor shall not be liable, regardless of the cause or duration, for any errors, inaccuracies or other deficiencies, inappropriate or second-hand information found on the website, as well as for any delays or interruptions in the transmission of information to the Donor, and for any claims or losses arising therefrom. None of the above parties shall be liable for any claims or losses of third parties, including lost profits. The Donor agrees to indemnify and hold the Donor harmless from any claims for damages and costs, including legal fees, that may arise from the use of the services by the User.<\/p>\n

    Donors may not use the Portal Services to post or transmit any materials that threaten, or in any way violate the rights of others, any material that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable in nature, that encourages illegal activities or otherwise violates any regulation, and that, without the express, prior, written consent of the Donor, contain advertising or any offer of products and services.<\/p>\n

    The Donor may not use the Services to advertise or conduct any commercial, religious, political or non-commercial advertising. The Donor expressly confirms that the terms in this section apply to the entire content and scope of the Donor’s service. Other information<\/p>\n
