Notice on the method of submitting a written consumer complaint

In accordance with Article 10, paragraph 4 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette, No. 19/22), consumers are hereby informed that they can submit a complaint about the quality of our services in writing:

• by e-mail: gdpr@lionsregattacroatia.hr

• or by fax: 052/427 132

The trader is obliged to respond in writing, by post or e-mail, to the consumer’s written complaint within 15 days of receiving it.

In accordance with Art. 27, paragraph 4 of the Consumer Protection Act, consumers are informed that after receiving the trader’s response to a written complaint, or after the deadline for submitting it has expired, they may submit a complaint to the Consumer Complaints Commission of Usluga Poreč d.o.o. in person, at the Company’s business premises or in writing:

• or by fax: 052/427 132

The Commission is obliged to respond to the consumer’s complaint by post or e-mail within 30 days of receiving the complaint.
